Ingredients
10 pcs medium size prawns
200g snow peas
1 tbsp XO sauce
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp ShaoXing Wine
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 sesame oil
A few drops of soy sauce

蝦:10 隻
荷蘭豆:200克
XO 醬:1 湯匙 (按個人喜好而定)

鹽:1/2 茶匙
紹興酒:1 湯匙
豉油:少許
麻油:1/2 茶匙
Steps:
Peel and devein the prawns, then dry them with kitchen paper
Trim and rinse the snow peas
Place a wok over medium high heat, add 1 tbsp of oil and quickly stir fry the prawns until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.
Turn to medium heat. Add 1 tsp of oil to the wok, add snow peas, ginger, sugar, salt, ShaoXing wine, soy sauce and sesame oil to stir fry for half a minute. Add the cooked prawns and XO sauce into the mixture and stir through quickly.

步驟:
先將蝦去殻,用小刀於蝦背中間𠝹開並挑出蝦腸。抹乾蝦身備用
將荷蘭豆去衣。洗淨備用
開中大火,落 1 湯匙油,將蝦放入鑊裡爆炒至表面呈橙色後取出備用,切勿煮得過熟而影響口感
然後開中火,在剛炒完蝦球的鑊裡加 1 茶匙油,放入荷蘭豆,然後放入調味料一同爆炒半分鐘,再放入剛煮熟的蝦球及XO醬,炒至熟便可上碟
