We are taking pre-orders for the XO sauce and Sichuan peppercorn oil, which will be ready in mid-September. You may choose to either picking up from our Pop-up stalls or standard shipping by local courier (Shipping fee at a flat rate of AUD11 may apply. Free shipping within Australia on orders over AUD120).

We will also have our beautiful ramekins and tablewares at the market. Come and take a look!

CHING XO SAUCE

CHING XO SAUCE is a solely Australian homemade product with NO added preservatives or additives. Selection of a range of prized ingredients - Dried scallops from Japan, dried shrimps and dried shrimp skins from Hong Kong local market; and other ingredients from the Australian local market, such as rice bran oil, garlic, onion shallot, and chilli. We endeavour to provide our valued customers with exquisite flavour, delicate texture, and mouthfeel sauce.

 

CHING XO SAUCE has 2 flavours to choose from: Shrimp Oil (less spicy) and Mala (Spicy). It is the perfect accompaniment for stir-fry dishes and spaghetti, topping for fresh seafood, tofu, turnip cakes, dumplings, etc. It is also ideal for serving as a dipping sauce for hot pot.

SICHUAN PEPPERCORN OIL
 

CHING PEPPERCORN OIL is made from Sichuan peppercorns and Rice Bran oil. Its unique spiciness and distinctive aroma give a numbing effect on the mouth! You can use this fragrant oil for barbeque, stir-frys, dipping sauces, salad dressings, or anywhere you’d like to add a little zing to your meal, like avocado, cucumber, dumplings and noodles.
