And by popular demand, we're also bringing back our Signature Curry Fish Balls. Many of you may remember them from last year's Beecroft Public School Multicultural Fair, where we sold over 160 serves in just 3 hours and completely sold out.

Cold weather calls for hot pot, and no hot pot is complete without a delicious XO sauce! Rich, savoury, and packed with umami, it's perfect for hot pot, noodles, fried rice, vegetables, seafood, and more.

 

2. Sichuan Peppercorn Oil
Fragrant, flavourful, and packed with the signature aroma of Sichuan peppercorns. Perfect for salads, noodles, dumplings, wontons, stir-fries, and even as a dipping sauce for BBQ.

 

3. Signature Curry Fish Balls

• 8 fish balls with a generous serving of homemade curry sauce

• Vacuum-sealed and frozen for freshness and convenience

• Simply thaw, heat, and enjoy a rich, comforting meal at home
